I love to show how preparing wholefoods – foods in their natural state can be tasty and rewarding – cooking from scratch so you know what is going into the food you eat each day.
My recipes can also help with anyone trying to lose weight. I use good healthy fats in the form of coconut oil, olive oils and butter and healthy wholefood ingredients which leave you fuller for longer and therefore help you to eat less as the foods are more satisfying.
