As winter draws near sometimes we dont fancy a salad so why not smoothie all the ingredients instead. This vitamin and fibre packed smoothie is quite delicous and easy to make.

1 small bag or approx 60g of watercress or baby spinach
1 avocado, skin and stone removed
1 organic orange, peel and all
2 small raw beetroot
1/2 cucumber
approx 400ml water

Finely chop up all the ingredients and place in your blender or food processor. Process till you have a mush then add the water and process again.

Makes 2 large galsses and a half a glass.

I put the rest in the fridge and drink within 2 days.
