I make up a batch of these at least once a week – it makes making a smoothie really quick in the morning, just add milk or your choice and some berries.

2 large very ripe bananas
3 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 small tin coconut milk
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

Wizz up everything in your food processor until smooth then pour into silicone muffin moulds and place in the freezer.
Place ont frozen portion, add milk of your choice and wizz in your blender of food processor until you have the desired consistency – I often add a handful of strawberries, raspberries and blueberries.
