Vegetarian Cookery Classes

My classes are in the form of a demonstration for up to 10 people held in my homely demonstration kitchen. Whilst I am cooking you can relax and ask questions and taste the foods. We have a mid morning break where you can have tea or coffee and sample the muffins or scones i’ve made for our break. I usually cook around 7 dishes, depending on the class. The foods I cook will be fresh, and organic where possible. I use proteins in the form of beans and lentils, nuts and seeds and eggs. Most of the dishes I cook are dairy free, I just might add in some goats cheese or feta cheese once in a while. I like to use spelt flour in place of regular wheat and many of my dishes are gluten free.

I provide a recipe booklet which also includes nutritional information for you to take home. The classes are held at my home in Moycullen, County Galway, 20 minutes west of Galway City. I am 1 mile from Moycullen village so its easy to find me and there is plenty of room to park in our large yard. The classes are held in my demonstration kitchen in the outhouse behind my house.
